Attainment
In 2008 at GCSEPE 69% of our students gained A*-C grades. In 2009 this rate was similar at 67%; in 2010 we hope to finally reach the 70%+ mark. From 2011 students who opt for GCSE PE will gain two GCSE’s as they will follow the new AQA dual ward specification.
EDEXCEL Btec Level 3 is offered at Key Stage 5 by the Sedgehill PE department. We have a successful history teaching A-level however this course has now being replaced and we are expecting very good results with our current year 12 and 13 groups.
